Fertility & Conception Support
As a Fertility Doula, I provide non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support to families and individuals on their path to becoming pregnant, providing support for folks interested in avoiding pregnancy, those facing fertility complications like PCOS and endometriosis, those needing emotional support while trying to conceive through IUI/IVF, and those interested in learning more about their fertility and cycle to name a few.
Everyone's needs are unique and I'm here to support you on your journey, however it blooms.
Sliding Scale and Payment Plans are always available! Fertility doula support can either be in person for locals or virtual!
Fertility & Conception Support
This support is great for Queer and Trans families who want to start their conception journey and need assistance on where to start, couples that have spent some time trying to conceive (TTC), families that are trying to mindfully conceive, solo parents TTC, those dealing with fertility complications, and of course anyone who believes this support is the right fit for them! This package is customizable and can be tweaked to make sure the support best fits you!

Information on Fertility Awareness Methods and assistance with how to chart your cycle
Evidence informed resources on hormone balancing and improving sperm and egg quality, resources for finding donors, etc.
Education and guidance with Assisted Reproductive Technologies ( timelines, cost, options, etc.)

Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Sessions
This support is great for anyone that wants to learn more about methods of tracking your cycle and your fertile window, to avoid pregnancy, to have more of an understanding of cycle irregularities and how that may affect your cycle, and also anyone who would like to spend more time understanding their reproductive health and ultimately their bodies.
